Inspired by the layered spatial transitions of tropical urban habitats, the project is envisioned as a residential development where architecture and landscape dissolve into one another through a sequence of interconnected green environments. The design explores the relationship between collective living and individual privacy, creating homes that feel visually connected while functioning independently.
The architectural expression is shaped through projecting balconies, floating cantilevered roof planes, and layered horizontal forms that create depth, openness, and visual movement across the façade. These elevated frontages encourage interaction and overlooking connections between homes while maintaining a sense of individuality for each residence. The interplay of shadows, voids, and greenery further enhances the spatial richness of the environment.
