Positioned within the evolving outskirts of Rancharda, the residence embodies the language of European manor houses through a composition rooted in proportion, symmetry, and sculpted architectural detailing. The project interprets classical luxury through a contemporary lens, balancing ceremonial grandeur with residential warmth.
The built form is articulated through colonnaded edges, arched fenestrations, ornamental mouldings, and rhythmically aligned elevations that establish a strong visual hierarchy across the façade. A carefully curated palette of stone textures, fluted surfaces, metallic accents, and bespoke detailing reinforces the residence’s refined character while elevating the tactile quality of the interiors.
